GTM Debug Sprint

Outreach policy

Last updated: August 2026

Approval before sending

Client outreach is not sent merely because a system drafted it. Before a campaign begins, the client approves the buyer segment, prospect criteria, claims, offer, message, sending identity, channel, prospect cap, follow-up rule, and campaign end date. Each message preview is tied to the approved version before delivery.

Bounded campaigns

Each campaign has a defined product, buyer segment, primary channel, prospect limit, send limit, follow-up limit, and reporting period. Additional segments, channels, or volumes require a new written scope and approval.

Accurate and relevant claims

We use public evidence and client-provided facts. We do not invent traction, testimonials, customer names, product capabilities, urgency, or performance claims. We do not represent that a prospect has expressed interest when they have not.

Sending identity

Client campaigns should use a client-owned mailbox, domain, CRM, or another explicitly authorized sending identity. We do not imply that a message came from the client unless the client has authorized the identity and the wording.

Suppression and opt-out

Requests not to be contacted, bounce or suppression signals, and other do-not-contact instructions are recorded and block future campaign sends. Follow-ups are cancelled when a relevant reply or opt-out is detected. Clients must provide any existing suppression lists relevant to the campaign.

Human handoff

GTM Debug Sprint may research prospects, initiate approved contact, classify replies, and identify qualified conversations. Unless separately agreed in writing, the client owns discovery calls, proposals, negotiation, closing, pricing authority, product delivery, and the truth of commercial claims.

Report and learning

At the end of a campaign, we report activity, reply themes, objections, opt-outs, and the evidence relevant to the agreed hypothesis. The result may be continue, change, or retire. No campaign outcome is presented as guaranteed revenue.
